    Dr. Shi joined Lilly Asian Ventures in 2007 as a Managing Director based in Shanghai， China. Prior to the current assignment， he worked in various roles with increasing responsibility over six years at Eli Lilly and Company. His experience includes leading the development of a comprehensive investment strategy for China as well as negotiating multiple biotechnology and pre-clinical deals world-wide. Dr. Shi was also instrumental in the founding of InnoCentive， Inc.， a Lilly Ventures portfolio company， where he managed scientific operations as well as its expansion into China.

    Before joining Lilly， Dr. Shi was the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of NetBig.com， where he successfully grew the company to become the number one education and technology portal in

    China.

    施毅博士于2007年加入禮萊亞洲風(fēng)險投資基金擔(dān)任總經(jīng)理，主要駐于上海辦事處。在此之前，他在禮萊公司工作了6年，一直擔(dān)任重要的投資管理工作，范圍包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國地區(qū)投資策略發(fā)展、協(xié)調(diào)多項全球性的生物科技業(yè)務(wù)及臨床階段的項目。施博士也曾參與創(chuàng)建InnoCentive公司，并參與管理該公司的科學(xué)研發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)以及中國市場的業(yè)務(wù)拓張。

    在加入禮萊公司之前，施博士在NetBig.com擔(dān)任首席銷售官與市場經(jīng)理，幫助NetBig.com成為中國第一教育與科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺。
